Table of Contents
This component layout will create a table of contents for easy navigation to elements on the same page.
For the listitems and listcats list actions, the TOC will be created based on the items or subcategories for that category.
On a cpage or page list action, the TOC will be automatically generated based on any <h2> tags in cat_blurb1/blurb1 field using the makeTOC() function.
